Interdisciplinary Courses

The three coalition schools have developed cross-disciplinary courses that raise issues of responsible leadership in specific contexts, where questions of leadership may lie outside the purview of more traditional disciplinary courses. Many of the leadership issues addressed  involve confronting ethical assumptions that underlie choices past leaders have made or that future leaders will face. In the process of identifying these assumptions, students are encouraged to see their own discipline in a new light, while gaining an appreciation of fundamental leadership issues.
